1. Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for returns:

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Products damaged due to improper use or accidents are not eligible for a return.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at sendseriesyt@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with instructions and the return address.

  3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.


3. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at sendseriesyt@gmail.com.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
